Ray Landers - Is
CEO of Landers Financial Strategies, Inc. Ray graduated from the University of Texas
at Austin
with a degree in mathematics. In 1964, he began a career in education
in Deer Park ISD as a mathematics teacher and coach and later a district
administrator. During that time he received his masters and doctorate
from the University of Houston, Central Campus and
represented Deer Park in legislative issues relating to finance in Austin. A former
Deer Park Chamber of Commerce Citizen of the Year, Ray was the Deputy
Superintendent at Deer Park ISD and an Adjunct Professor at the University of Houston,
Clear Lake before joining Mike
Robertson in 1998. The Deer
Park office was opened in 2001 in its current
location at 2318 Center
Street, Suite 100, Deer Park,
Texas. Originally a part of Robertson and
Associates located in Houston, Texas and named
Robertson, Landers and Associates, the Deer Park office became a
branch on January 1, 2010 and was renamed Landers Financial Strategies,
Inc as a financial office owned by Ray. An active member of the Deer
Park civic and charitable community, Ray serves as a member of the
Boards of Directors of the Deer Park Chamber of Commerce, the Deer Park
Education Foundation, and the Felton F. Waggoner Hall of Honor which he
was responsible for founding to honor outstanding graduates of Deer Park
High School. He has served The Rose, a breast cancer imaging center,
as a member of the annual charity golf tournament committee.

Sarah Farmer - Sarah
Farmer started at Landers Financial in March of 2011. She is originally from
the Dallas area and recently moved to Deer Park with her husband Jarrod. She graduated from Brigham
Young University-Idaho in 2009 with her Bachelors in Communication.
